  • An introduction to your fellow students and our school support team
  • Detailed information on your school, areas of local interest, and facilities available
  • Regular counselling sessions with your teacher, allowing you to influence the content of your programme
  • Free access to internet and email facilities, allowing you to keep in touch with friends and family

We are here to help and support you from the moment you arrive in our schools, to the day you return home. Our caring support staff in every College are available to ensure your safety and well-being, while our Academic Counsellors will help you with your studies and will advise you on your future career or educational life. You will also receive a 24-hour telephone number for use outside College hours.

We understand how important your accommodation is and this is why we offer you a wide choice.

All of your accommodation is carefully checked by our college Accommodation & Welfare Officers to ensure that you are comfortable, safe and happy during your stay. Our Accommodation & Welfare Officers are on hand at all times should you need any help while you are with us.

You can learn more about all the accommodation options online here.

To make your journey as comfortable as possible, we can arrange for a taxi service to greet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation. You can also choose to book one for your journey home.

Having the right medical, travel and course insurance is a really important part of international study and we ask that all students arrange this before they come to study with us.

If you’re joining our programmes in the USA or Canada, you can book full insurance cover when you enrol at our schools. The schools use a company called Guard.Me for the insurance: www.guard.me.

If you’re joining our programmes in the UK, we recommend a company called Course-u-can: www.course-u-can.com.

Our social and excursion programmes are designed to help you have fun, make friends, practise your English, and explore the city and country you are living in. At each school there is an Activity Organiser who will arrange afternoon, evening and weekend activities.

You can choose from local weekday activities and sports, a range of full-day weekend excursions, as well as mini-breaks over the weekend. You can choose from at least five events each week.
